I’m Olly, a trainee pharmacist who, like many of you, is navigating the exciting, challenging, and constantly evolving world of pharmacy.
I started this website because I noticed something missing: a space that supports trainees with real, honest insight while still offering value to the experienced pharmacists who guide and shape our profession. Pharmacy is a journey: one built on curiosity, continuous learning, and shared experience. I wanted to create a place where all of that can live together.
As trainees, we’re balancing study, work, exams, and steep learning curves. As senior pharmacists, you’ve built careers grounded in expertise, responsibility, and leadership. Both perspectives matter, and both deserve a platform.
My goal is to bring everyone together, to share practical tips, reflections, resources, and conversations that bridge the gap between where we are and where we’re headed.
